Each client is provided an “assigned technician” who is their main point of contact and provides the majority of services needed. Over time, this engineer learns the client’s complete IT operation and is able to provide invaluable advice and technical guidance. Support is provided by telephone, remote access or on-site. Our clients and their assigned engineer decide which is the best method of support for each situation.
Services are provided in a number of ways: The purchase of Block Hours, or a “Roll-over hours agreement” in which any hours not used in a month roll over to the next. A client can also pay per call or arrange for a premier monthly agreement that provides unlimited technical support in “network down” situations.
Entre Solutions also provides remote network monitoring that allows us to set thresholds on your servers and network equipments function. If a device fails or its operation falls below the set threshold, both the company contact and Entre are notified by email or pager. This ensures the fastest possible response and problem resolution. Our on-line customer portal tool allow you to enter and monitor the status of your service requests. As an Entre service customer you can also perform adhoc queries on past service resolutions.
